In partnership with a Minneapolis based Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) Millerbernd now provides a customizable and energy efficient platform utilizing Phillips Lumileds LUXEON® Rebel LEDs which replaces light sources in existing globes, acorns and lantern style outdoor post top fixtures. Wednesday, June 17, 2009 – In the May/June 2009 issue of Precision Manufacturing, Millerbernd System’s Senior Vice President Farid Currimbhoy was profiled in the “Who’s Who” section. The one page profile reviews Farid’s remarkable story growing up in Pakistan, earning the money to emigrate to the United States by managing a hospital in Bahrin, to eventually arriving in the United States to go attend post secondary education.

Farid’s journey brought him to Minnesota to work for Palm Industry, and then Hutchinson Manufacturing before joining Millerbernd Systems in 2002. He was promoted to a senior vice president position with responsibilities for two of Millerbernd’s operating divisions: Laser and Lighting.
